What You’ll Be Working On Lead end-to-end product engagements — from discovery and strategy through to roadmap definition and implementation planning Align product direction with business goals, user needs, and technical realities Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through ambiguity and complexity Champion modern product and engineering practices that drive measurable outcomes Mentor and grow product managers and cross-functional teams Represent the practice in industry forums, communities of practice, and thought leadership spaces You’ll Thrive Here If You: Enjoy making sense of complex, ambiguous challenges Translate technical concepts into clear, human language Focus on outcomes and long-term value, not just deliverables Influence through trust, clarity, and collaboration Love working at the problem-definition stage What We’re Looking For: At least 8 years product manager experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategy to execution Deep fluency in agile, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable with C-suite Proven ability to influence across org
