Description

Key Responsibilities Deliver training for the WSQ Cybersecurity courses to adult learners. Plan and facilitate engaging, learner-centered lessons in a classroom /workshop setting. Conduct assessment(including WSQ-aligned assessment) to evaluate learner competency. Manage classroom dynamics and support learners of varying paces and backgrounds. Prepare and maintain assessment documentation in line with SWDA/WSQ requirements. Requirements At least 1-2 years' experience training adult learners. Certified ACLP/ ACTA. Prior experience conducting assessment for adult learners. Strong subject knowledge in Generative AI/ practical AI applications. Good classroom management and facilities skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Background in IT or equivalent is an added advantage. What we offer Salary commensurate with experience and market standards.
