Description

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be working on a custom community platform built for personal development, coaching, courses, community forums, and daily engagement. The product is currently in private beta. This is an opportunity to join at an important stage. There is already a substantial product and codebase, but meaningful engineering work remains before it is taken public. You'll initially work closely with the engineer who designed and built the platform, while progressively taking greater responsibility for its architecture, production readiness, and technical operations. Responsibilities Assess the existing production codebase for security vulnerabilities, scalability and performance bottlenecks, architecture risks, data protection concerns, and reliability issues, then prioritize and implement pragmatic improvements required for a safe, stable public launch. Take increasing ownership of the overall technical health and architecture of the platform, ultimately becoming the internal technical owner responsible for its stability, security, scalability, reliability, and continued evolution. Own features end to end, from data modeling and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. js frontend development and contributing to a polished customer experience.
