The role focuses on ensuring peak system availability, resilience, security, and operational reliability across hybrid environments, while driving automation and technology lifecycle initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the core infrastructure supporting the DevOps ecosystem—including OpenShift container environments, virtual machines, cloud landing zones, and web middleware platforms. Drive continuous platform optimization and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption. Serve as the senior technical escalation point to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve platform incidents, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to restore peak operations swiftly and maintain service-level agreements. Plan and execute infrastructure refresh cycles, obsolescence remediation, vulnerability management, patching schedules, and SSL renewals.
