By analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable solutions, this role supports the successful delivery of complex initiatives and technology enhancements. The consultant facilitates collaboration across teams, drives process improvement efforts, and supports organizational change while ensuring solutions meet business objectives and customer needs. Through strong analytical, consultation, and relationship-management skills, this position helps deliver meaningful business results and continuous improvement across the enterprise. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary:   Business Systems Consultant II: $86,000 - $114,00, plus annual bonus opportunity. Business Systems Consultant III: $99,000 - $133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
