Description

We are looking for: UX/UI Designer (Senior) General info: Location: remote Start: November 2026 Duration: until 31 December 2026, with a possible extension General info: contract, full-time Responsibilities Design user experience (UX) for web and mobile applications Create mockups, wireframes and interactive prototypes of new features Develop and maintain the information architecture of digital solutions Design user interfaces in line with UX/UI standards and the organization’s visual identity Build and maintain components and libraries in the design system (Digital Style Guide) Analyze user needs and recommend improvements across digital channels Run usability research and analyze test results and user feedback Work with analysts, developers and business stakeholders to design and deliver solutions Verify that implemented features match the approved mockups and design assumptions Take part in application testing and support solution acceptance Ensure a consistent user experience across applications and digital channels Track market trends and competitor solutions, and bring UX/UI best practices into the product Prepare graphic materials that support app development and promotion, including app store assets Support initiatives that grow sales and customer self-service channels Requirements At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience on web or mobile applications Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, including high-fidelity mockups and prototypes Working knowledge of des
