The Role As Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead manual functional and API testing on web and API based banking applications. What You Will Do Design, develop and execute manual test cases for web and API based applications Perform functional, regression, integration and exploratory testing Validate API responses using tools such as Postman or ReadyAPI Log, track and manage defects in Jira or similar tools Work with developers, business analysts and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage Monitor application health and performance with tools such as Datadog or Splunk Document test results, prepare test summary reports and take part in release readiness reviews Use ServiceNow for incident tracking, change requests and test documentation where applicable What You Will Bring Minimum 3 years of manual testing with a focus on functional and API testing Proficiency in Postman, Jira and test case management tools Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON and XML formats
