Job Description (JD) for a - Full Stack Lead Engineer (React - Next.js) Job Title: Full Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS / Next.JS) Location: [Remote/ Hyderabad] Experience: 8–10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer (ReactJS / Next.JS) with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and strong experience in ReactJS and NextJS . The ideal candidate should be passionate about building responsive, high-performance web applications and collaborating with backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead the Development team and architectural discussion. Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using ReactJS and NextJS Build reusable UI components using TypeScript and TailwindCSS Implement real-time features using WebSockets Collaborate with backend teams using Node.js / NestJS APIs Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices Debug and troubleshoot front-end issues efficiently Integrate APIs and manage state effectively Contribute to UI/UX improvements and performance tuning Required Skills Frontend Technologies Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NextJS Experience with TailwindCSS or similar CSS frameworks Solid understanding
