Description

We are looking for: Senior Delivery Manager (Product Suite, IT) General info: Location: hybrid (~3 days in the Warsaw office) Start: November 2026 Duration: 14 months (until 31 December 2027) General info: contract, full-time Rate: 200-230 PLN/h Responsibilities Lead delivery across a product suite made up of multiple agile teams, keeping goals, scope, dependencies, risks and progress aligned Act as the bridge between product, business stakeholders and delivery teams, keeping priorities clear and coordination effective Drive predictable delivery by tracking outcomes, managing risks and impediments, and enabling data-driven decisions Support product suite planning, prioritization, sequencing and capacity management Own the product suite budget, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and value realisation Provide transparent reporting, executive summaries and stakeholder communication Provide hands-on delivery leadership and coaching to individual teams when needed Drive continuous improvement as an active member of the Delivery Management community, working with Delivery Leads, Delivery Managers and the Head of Delivery Requirements 6-12+ years of experience in delivery, programme or project management Proven experience driving delivery in complex IT environments, ideally in a product-centric or agile operating model Experience with programme- or portfolio-level financial management (budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling) Strong understanding of delivery governanc
