Our client's AI-powered consumer intelligence platform delivers strategic insights for global brands such as Coca Cola, Unilever, and Bayer. We're looking for a Social Listening, Search and NLP Data Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. The Role This role combines expertise in social listening, search keyword research and natural language processing, and data management to help power our platform and drive insights and value for our clients. The Social, Search & NLP Analyst role at involves working with and preparing a key data source that directly feeds into our proprietary tools and algorithms. This position is crucial in supporting our mission to provide AI-powered solutions for early detection of product trends, product experience, and brand health monitoring. By crafting and maintaining social listening queries, curating search keyword universes, developing NLP rules, categorizing data and ensuring data accuracy, you will help contribute to helping us further blaze the trail on what consumer insights tools should be. Key Responsibilities Social Listening and Data Management Craft and maintain social listening queries in Brandwatch and YouScan, ensuring high-quality data capture and minimising spam Regularly refine queries to adapt to evolving conversations and maintain relevance Conduct manual data coding and management for eCommerce reviews and other textual data Ensure NLP accuracy through ongoing monitoring and optimization NLP and Data Processing Develop NLP ru
