Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Intelligent Automation practice to contribute to and drive business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools within innovative, fast-paced project environments. Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points Create clear, high-quality functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development Actively participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC, translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure the final solution meets business needs Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with project stakeholders Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency Requirements 2+ years of practical experience in business analysis, possessing a solid grasp of core business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment phases Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts UiPath Expertise: Foundational certifications (e.g., Automation Business Analyst Associate training) / hands-on experience will be considered a major advantage Strong analytical
