Technical Director (Game Project) Playrix, Remote or from one of the company's offices We at Playrix are certain that our success results from our talented team's efforts. Every day our programmers develop new features, events, and mechanics for our games, which are played by millions of people around the world. Responsibilities: — Build a strong team to ensure high performance and growth: hiring, coaching and mentoring, leading engineers and managers; — Define and execute the mobile game product's tech roadmap, making AI-driven innovation an integral part of its technical strategy; — Identify and deliver high-impact AI initiatives: automate production pipelines, improve development workflows, and build tools that increase team productivity and product quality; — Take AI solutions from experimentation to production, measure their impact, and scale successful approaches across products and company-wide teams; — Ensure engineering excellence: analyze the efficiency of technologies, tools, and practices, and lead initiatives to improve it; — Partner with Game Producers and company-wide divisions to ensure mobile game product quality, execute the product roadmap, and drive shared AI initiatives. Requirements: — Action-oriented, self-starter mindset; a proactive problem solver; — Bar raiser: you are never satisfied with the status quo and challenge yourself, your teams, and your peers; — 10+ years of experience in engineering, including 5+ in senior management roles; — 3+ yea
