Your role As a Senior Project Manager you will take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for strategic software development initiatives and digital transformation programs delivered to international clients. You will be accountable for successful execution from pre-sales handover through delivery, transition, and closure, ensuring business outcomes, client satisfaction, and commercial performance. Working in a multicultural environment with English as key communication language. You will be lead large cross-functional teams and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will drive delivery excellence across complex initiatives involving custom software development, AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven products, while managing governance, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
