Title: Java SRE Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days onsite is must) Location: Warsaw, Poland Key Requirements · 5 to 7 years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Maintenance roles. Strong hands-on experience with Java applications and a solid understanding of application architecture. Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments. Good knowledge of JVM concepts, application logs, and Java troubleshooting techniques. Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigation. Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including server-level troubleshooting. Experience managing and supporting applications hosted on large-scale server environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis. Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience working with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools is an advantage. · Knowledge of production support best practices, operational governance, and service delivery processes.
