Description

Location: 100% remote work Salary: 160 – 175 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis) Responsibilities • Own the app’s most ambiguous and high-risk initiatives, from problem definition through to production release. • Define technical direction within the assigned area, create solution designs and architectural decision records, and support decisions with data. • Drive application stability, performance, and overall app health improvements across modules and teams. • Work across the full Kotlin/Compose codebase, including UI, state management, data layers, networking, SDK integrations, and build systems. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders to clarify scope, evaluate trade-offs, and proactively identify risks with recommended solutions. • Lead design reviews and promote high standards for testing, monitoring, and release processes. • Investigate and resolve complex crashes, ANRs, and regressions, including issues related to threading and third-party SDKs. • Mentor senior engineers to ensure knowledge sharing and sustainable decision-making within the team. • Present and demonstrate solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements • 8+ years of Android development experience. • Expert-level knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flow, and large-scale multi-module architectures. • Proven experience leading architecture initiatives in large, multi-team applications, including staged rollouts and ownership of crash and AN
