Start your career in Ericsson within our Internship Program in Łódź! We are looking for a LTE Developer for a 1 year internship who is interested in becoming part of our Software Development Team. In our team, you will be working on exciting, complex projects, focused on continuously enhancing 4G telecommunication products, especially OneRAN-oriented solutions and multi-deployment features. In addition to troubleshooting and solution implementation, you’ll be involved in systemization, adding new functionalities, and improving existing ones. You will also work on developing automated unit and functional test cases. Development is mainly based on, but not limited to, the C++ language. The 4G OneRAN solution can be deployed on various platforms, which creates an opportunity to develop competences in virtualization and cloud computing. You will: Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to design, develop, and implement innovative 4G OneRAN technology solutions. Influence the development of Traffic Control, Baseband, and System functionalities. Work on the optimization and performance tuning of software components. Provide technical support for development teams. Develop competencies in a complex technical domain. Actively participate in and drive technical discussions on software quality with global teams inside and outside our unit.
