Job Summary: รับผิดชอบการบริหารและส่งมอบโครงการด้าน Industrial IoT, Software Application, AI Solution และ System Integration ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นโครงการ การวางแผน การเก็บและยืนยัน Requirement การพัฒนา การทดสอบ การติดตั้ง ไปจนถึงการส่งมอบและปิดโครงการ ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักระหว่างลูกค้า ทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ ทีม IoT และวิศวกรรม Partner, Vendor และผู้บริหาร เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จตามขอบเขต ระยะเวลา งบประมาณ และคุณภาพที่ตกลงไว้ ตำแหน่งนี้เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่มี Project Ownership สูง สามารถบริหาร Scope, Risk, Issue และ Change Request อย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมประยุกต์ใช้แนวทาง Agile, Waterfall หรือ Hybrid ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละโครงการ Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Delivery จัดทำและดูแล Project Plan, Timeline, Milestones, Deliverables และ Resource Plan บริหารโครงการตั้งแต่ Project Kick-off, Requirement, Development, Testing, UAT, Deployment, Handover และ Project Closure ติดตามความคืบหน้า ระบุความเสี่ยงหรือความล่าช้า และจัดทำแผนแก้ไข ควบคุมโครงการให้เป็นไปตาม Scope, Timeline, Budget และ Quality ที่ตกลงไว้ จัดทำ Project Status Report และนำเสนอความคืบหน้าต่อลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร 2. Customer & Stakeholder Management ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักระหว่างลูกค้า ทีมภายใน Partner และ Vendor จัดและดำเนินการประชุม Kick-off, Requirement Workshop, Progress Review และ Issue Resolution สื่อสาร Project Status, Risk, Issue, Decision และ Next Action ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าใจตรงกัน บริหารความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและประสานการตัดสินใจหรืออนุมัติที่สำคัญ จัดทำ Meeting Minutes พร้อมติดตาม Action, Owner และ Deadline 3.
