At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story. As a Senior Software Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our applications. The ideal candidate is expected to work independently, take initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core. Own services end-to-end, from technical design through production monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Build and evolve high-throughput systems that must perform reliably under real-world load. Improve system performance, reliability, and fault tolerance through profiling, debugging, and architectural refinement. Contribute to modernisation of existing systems, including decomposition of legacy components into scalable services. Collaborate with product, QA, and engineers to scope, prioritise, and deliver features. Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of less experienced team members.
