Senior Business Analyst Location: Warsaw, Poland – Remote / Hybrid Contract: B2B Language: English – Fluent DCV.X.Jo.15.10.2026 About the Project We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a large-scale enterprise data transformation programme within a global biotechnology organization. The project focuses on migrating legacy data and reporting solutions to a modern cloud-based platform, improving data processes, business adoption and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage business stakeholders and define migration scope. Gather and document business acceptance criteria. Coordinate UAT, demos and business validation. Support data reconciliation and BI reporting transformation. Obtain formal business sign-offs for migration packages. Coordinate release readiness and user adoption. Support report consolidation and legacy system decommissioning. Track dependencies, risks and unresolved business issues. Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in data migration or transformation programmes. Strong understanding of BI reporting and data reconciliation. Experience managing UAT, business acceptance and sign-off processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience supporting cloud migration or legacy modernization projects. Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams. Fluent English. Nice to Have Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or life sciences. Experience in regulated enterprise
