Role An Engineering Lead will establish and lead the Warsaw engineering hub for an AI-native platform serving aerospace, defense, and industrial supply-chain operations. They will build and manage a full-stack engineering team, set technical direction, maintain delivery standards, and remain close enough to the code and architecture to make high-quality engineering decisions. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring five days per week in Warsaw and occasional international travel. Responsibilities • Build, manage, and develop a Warsaw-based engineering team of approximately 10 engineers. • Own hiring plans, technical interviews, onboarding, performance management, and team development. • Lead delivery of full-stack SaaS products used internationally across operationally complex supply-chain workflows. • Define and maintain engineering standards for architecture, code quality, testing, observability, security, and deployment. • Work hands-on with TypeScript, Svelte, PostgreSQL, APIs, and distributed SaaS systems when technical decisions or delivery risks require direct intervention. • Partner with founders and product stakeholders to convert business requirements into sequenced technical plans and shipped outcomes. • Establish delivery processes that provide clear ownership, predictable execution, and early visibility into technical risks. • Review system designs and major pull requests, ensuring solutions are maintainable, secure, testable, and appropriate for production s
