Description

We are looking for an experienced Integration Support Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Azure Integration Services to support and maintain enterprise integration platforms in production environments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based integration solutions. You will work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to troubleshoot issues, manage deployments, and continuously improve integration services. This is a hands-on operational role, ideal for someone with proven experience supporting Azure integration technologies in complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Azure integration solutions in production environments. Monitor integration platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve incidents. Participate in operational support, Tier 1 support activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable integrations. Manage deployments and releases using Azure DevOps pipelines. Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform. Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability and compliance with operational best practices.
