The Project and the Role Description Do you have hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions and enjoy coordinating complex IT projects from requirements through production release? We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant to join a large-scale digital transformation program for a global leading logistics organization. This role combines technical consulting, project delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and PMO responsibilities. You'll take ownership of a ServiceNow workstream and drive it end-to-end, ensuring smooth collaboration across business and technical teams. This is not a pure Project Manager or administrative PMO role. We are looking for professionals who have practical ServiceNow delivery experience and can confidently collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. Tasks Own an assigned ServiceNow workstream end to end, from initial analysis through design, development, testing, Release to Production and hypercare.
