Description

Join a global team developing and modernizing high-performance trading and client connectivity platforms used across EMEA, AMER, and APAC. You will work on backend services, APIs, integration components, and low-latency distributed systems while contributing to a major platform modernization initiative. Please note that working from the client's office in Krakow 3 days per week is required. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support C++ applications and services Build and enhance trading connectivity, integration solutions, and APIs Deliver high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems Participate in architecture, release management, and production support Collaborate with global engineering and business teams Contribute to Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD Requirements 5+ years of hands-on C++ development experience Strong knowledge of multithreading, STL, data structures, algorithms, templates, pointers, and socket programming Experience working in Linux/Unix environments Good understanding of SQL and database technologies Experience with FIX protocol, order management systems, and trading environments Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and modern DevOps practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice to have Experience with equity trading or investment banking systems Client connectivity platform experience Java development knowledge Experience providing production (L3) support We offer We gather like-minded peop
