Description

Summary: The role of Scrum Master is pivotal in facilitating Agile transformation within the organization. This position is focused on guiding Scrum teams, instilling Agile principles, and enhancing collaboration to achieve greater agility. Responsibilities Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through the Scrum process while promoting an Agile mindset. Coach teams on the values and principles of Agile and Lean, helping them continuously improve in delivering value. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives), ensuring active participation and adherence to Agile practices. Support the teams in identifying and removing impediments that are blocking progress. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog and support efficient flow of work. Drive continuous improvement efforts by fostering a culture of learning and adaptation. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to improve Agile practices across the organization. Must Haves: Scaled Agile Framework experience. Experience coaching teams in Agile practices. Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM). Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Nice to Haves: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
