Description

Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019/2022 and Red Hat Linux. Manage VMware ESXi/vSphere virtualization environments. Monitor system performance and analyze logs using SolarWinds and Kibana. Perform vulnerability assessments using Nessus/Qualys and implement CIS security hardening. Manage OS patching, security updates, and SSL/TLS certificates. Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), backup, and recovery processes. Support containerization technologies and MySQL administration. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in System Engineering, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and VMware ESXi/vSphere. Knowledge of vulnerability scanning, CIS Hardening, Patch Management, DR/BCP, and SSL/TLS. Familiarity with SolarWinds, Kibana, MySQL, and Docker/Kubernetes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Proactive, responsible, service-minded, and able to work under pressure.
