ELEKS is looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect/Senior Consultant in Croatia. ABOUT CLIENT The project focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions through an iterative delivery approach. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and Microsoft best practices. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, including multiple full-lifecycle enterprise implementations - Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, including configuration, customization, and solution architecture - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse - Experience configuring out-of-the-box (OOTB) entities, business rules, workflows, forms, views, and dashboards - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML, REST APIs, and Azure Functions - Experience developing custom plugins, extensions, and integrations with third-party ERP and marketing systems - Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security models, data architecture, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) - Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment processes - Strong experience in requirements analysis, business process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and functional specifications - Experience leading technical teams and coordinating developers and consultants in Agile e
