Description

Accountabilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and related solutions, including new features, integrations, and enhancements tailored to customer requirements. - Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, functional consultants, and delivery team members to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements, fit-gap analyses, and detailed design documentation. - Produce high-quality, maintainable code while following established development standards, change management procedures, and project delivery timelines. - Conduct thorough testing, support early user acceptance testing, investigate defects, identify root causes, and implement stable solutions that improve system reliability and performance. - Provide technical guidance to customers, explain solution capabilities clearly, answer technical questions, and recommend approaches that align with business needs and industry best practices. - Coordinate with functional consultants to translate functional designs into effective technical implementations and ensure that development work meets agreed requirements. - Maintain accurate project documentation throughout implementation, customization, and solution improvement activities. - Track and communicate progress across functional areas, including task status, technical issues, project risks, dependencies, and blockers. - Stay informed about Microsoft
