Description

Accountabilities: - As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will define technical direction and deliver robust data architectures that meet demanding requirements for scalability, security, reliability, and performance. Design scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available cloud and data architectures to support core platform capabilities. - Evaluate cloud technologies and determine their suitability for new platform services and capabilities. - Serve as a subject matter expert in database architecture, particularly PostgreSQL and Oracle Database. - Design highly available, replicated, clustered, and geographically distributed database systems. - Develop prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations to validate architectural decisions, scalability, and security. - Translate successful prototypes into reusable architecture patterns, infrastructure components, and production-ready designs. - Build reusable infrastructure through Terraform modules, templates, and standardized deployment patterns. - Develop scripts and automation using Python, Go, Bash, or similar programming languages. - Apply expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle Database, and MongoDB, to address complex data requirements. - Leverage in-memory and key-value technologies, including Redis and Valkey, to support performance-sensitive workloads. - Guide engineers, clarify technical requirements, and provide architectural direction throughout implementation and delivery
