ClickHouse is the open-source, real-time analytical database behind a lot of today's AI. More than 4,000 companies build on ClickHouse, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Tesla and Meta. As a TAM Architect, you're the named technical lead for a small group of our largest customers. You carry the context of how they run ClickHouse, guide them from their first design decisions through production and growth, and make sure the rest of ClickHouse shows up for them when it matters. Your job is to keep them healthy, help them get more out of ClickHouse, and spot the next use case. You'll work inside our Support organisation and, at this stage, take ad hoc cases alongside support engineers as well as escalations for your own accounts, so you see how a much wider range of customers use the product. The role is based in Israel, close to some of our biggest customers in EMEA. Large enterprises are moving onto ClickHouse fast, and we're building out how we look after them. People joining now have a real say in how this role works. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run a regular cadence with 4 to 8 strategic accounts (weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the project), plus quarterly health checks and business reviews, on site where it helps - Lead onboarding, where the decisions that are hardest to reverse get made: schema and data modelling, table engines, ingestion, migration and query design - Once customers are live, keep performance and cost on track as they grow, and help them onto ne
