Description: On-site in San Mateo, CA Our client seeks a Systems Administrator to support, secure, and optimize enterprise IT operations. The role includes end-user system support and endpoint deployment across Mac, Windows, and Linux. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, organized execution, and a collaborative approach to maintain a modern and secure IT environment. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $32.00 to $22.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Provide hands-on desktop and systems administration support for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software on end-user devices and servers. Administer user accounts, access control, and group policies with Active Directory and Azure AD. Manage IT assets through procurement, deployment, support, and decommissioning. Participate in on-call rotation and perform required maintenance outside business hours. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to support operations and incident response. Identify ports on network switches and connect systems. Configure static IPs on out-of-band management cards such as iDRAC. Image systems using MDT or similar tooling. Join systems to the domain and create DNS records in AD DNS.
