Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Principal Engineer to develop and enhance software solutions for industrial automation systems. You will work on machine control, hardware integration and Windows-based applications, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver reliable and high-performance automation solutions. Work on advanced industrial automation and machine control solutions Hands-on exposure to C++, C#, WPF, motion control & hardware integration Senior-level opportunity with strong technical ownership and cross-functional exposure Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test and troubleshoot industrial automation software using C++, C# and WPF. Develop and integrate machine functionalities involving motion control cards, distributed I/O systems, sensors and actuators. Implement reliable communication between software and hardware components and optimise application performance. Apply multithreading, synchronization and memory management techniques to develop robust and efficient applications. Collaborate closely with electrical and mechanical engineers to translate system requirements into effective software solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshooting and software optimisation while ensuring high standards of code quality, reliability and maintainability.
