Employer: Leading Global Consulting Company Location: Remotely from Poland with occasional business trips to Germany Rate: 160–180 PLN per hour on B2B Cooperation model: Full-time Start date: ASAP Recruitment process: 2 online interviews Technology stack: Java, Spring, Kotlin, Apache Kafka, AWS, JavaScript, Angular We are looking for a Senior Backend / Fullstack Developer to join an international product team working within the Customer Data Management domain. The team is responsible for designing, developing and operating scalable services that represent the relationship between customers and vehicles throughout the entire lifecycle. The platform integrates with multiple enterprise systems, including customer-facing applications, CRM platforms and other internal services. A key element of the ecosystem is Apache Kafka, which is used as the central event-streaming platform to exchange large volumes of data in real time between different systems and applications. Therefore, strong hands-on experience with Kafka is essential for this role. This is a hands-on engineering position combining backend development, cloud technologies, system integration and architecture. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of solutions in line with the “you build it, you run it” approach.
