Job Responsibilities Business Analysis & Process Mapping: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to analyze, define, and document "As-Is" and "To-Be" business workflows. Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for Contract & Royalty Management solutions and other corporate IT initiatives. System Implementation & Testing: Lead data management tasks, including data field mapping and data migration strategy execution. Prepare comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system deliverables align with business expectations. Project Management & Vendor Liaison: Manage and document system change requests (CRs), coordinating priorities with vendors and business units. Track, document, and follow up on post-implementation issues and enhancements with third-party vendors. Job Requirements Experience: Around 2+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementation. Experience with Finance & Operations (F&O) modules is highly preferred. Open to ERP Developers or System Analysts (SAs) looking to transition into a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant role. Technical & Soft Skills: Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft Copilot , or other AI development tools is a plus.
