Join us in making an impact on the banking industry. About our team Meet the IT Service Configuration Management team. Our role is to provide centralised ICT Asset and Configuration process and operations within BMC Helix ITSM system. Main responsibilities in this role: Review, analyse, coordinate and maintain efficient operations between BMC Discovery and Helix CMDB BMC Discovery monitoring, troubleshooting, housekeeping BMC Discovery TPL development, synchronization and reconciliation Application Modelling development and maintenance Identify improvements potential and develop technical solutions Cooperate with data owners, architects, and various subject matter experts including BMC vendor The role is based in Poland - Gdańsk/Gdynia or Finla
