Cash Management Stream Lead Location: UK / Poland / Switzerland (Hybrid / Remote) Contract Duration: 3 August 2026 – 30 July 2027 Allocation: 100% Travel: Occasional travel to London and Zurich About the Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Cash Management Stream Lead to join a major transformation programme within a leading global Investment Management organisation. This is a business-facing leadership role where you will own the Cash Management workstream, partnering with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, and senior stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of a strategic transformation programme. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Cash Management workstream within a large-scale transformation programme. Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Cash Management processes. Collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Technology, Programme Management, and external vendors. Analyse, design, and optimise cash management workflows and operational processes. Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders. Produce business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation. Support solution design and implementation activities. Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production readiness.
