PROJECT Join an international technology environment focused on maintaining and improving enterprise batch processing systems running on IBM Mainframe . We are looking for a Technical Lead – Batch Management with strong expertise in IBM z/OS, JCL, and IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) to ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of critical batch operations. The role combines hands-on technical expertise, operational ownership, and team coordination , with a strong focus on automation, incident management, and continuous service improvement. YOU WILL Ensure the stability, availability, and reliability of batch processing services and supporting infrastructure. Oversee the creation, modification, scheduling, and execution of daily, monthly, yearly, and business-critical batch processes . Troubleshoot and resolve batch processing failures, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Act as a Technical Lead , coordinating team activities, delegating tasks, sharing knowledge, and supporting team development. Manage critical end-of-day, end-of-month, and end-of-year processing activities. Drive improvements in batch automation, monitoring, system performance, and operational efficiency . Implement infrastructure changes with a focus on automation, security, resilience, and service availability. Ensure compliance with IT Service Management standards, SLAs, and internal controls .
