Description

We're looking for a Consulting Manager – Intelligent Automation to join our team in Poland . In this role, you will drive the delivery and expansion of EPAM’s Intelligent Automation (IA) consulting services across global clients. Acting as a strategic leader and subject matter expert, you will guide organizations through their AI and hyperautomation journey, defining enterprise-wide strategies, leading large-scale engagements and influencing executive stakeholders. Your mission is to enable business efficiency, reduce costs and enhance customer experience by implementing transformative automation solutions that free people from repetitive tasks and unlock innovation. Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leaders, shaping technology and AI-driven automation strategies Define enterprise-wide IA strategies integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Smart Workflows and Cognitive Analytics Develop business cases and establish measurable outcomes (KPIs, ROI) for automation programs Stay current on emerging trends in AI, Generative AI and automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Platform) to strengthen EPAM’s offerings Manage the successful delivery of complex IA programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution Collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams to ensure technical soundness, scalability and alignment with client objectives Lead process
