You have demonstrable skills in organization, process & structure, and are interested in pursuing leadership because you are a great critical thinker and have an eye for product quality. You will be joining a team with creative instincts that are impeccable, and you are passionate and knowledgeable about all things gaming. This is not about ticking boxes. You will be a strong voice, with incredible drive, motivation, and communication skills. Involved in all aspects of the game, you will collaborate closely with the Game Director and operational managers. There is no limit to your potential growth in this role. Start with this initial brief: Collaborate with Game Direction to assist with managing the day-to-day, and deliver on high-value user stories from concept to post-launch. Assist in steering production toward tangible milestones and ensure project scope is being adhered to.
