Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer with strong experience in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and NestJS to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and services for the healthcare industry. This role focuses on building modern web applications, backend services, and system integrations while ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of modern web development, enjoys building intuitive user interfaces, and is comfortable developing and integrating backend services. You will work with a modern AI-Driven technology stack that includes React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Medplum, contributing to the development of healthcare solutions that improve clinical workflows and user experiences. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS. Develop reusable frontend components, custom hooks, and modular application architectures following modern development best practices. Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems. Implement authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure secure access to application functionality and sensitive data. Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces based on UI/UX designs and accessibility best practices.
