Description

Accountabilities: - Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex software systems and applications. - Write clean, efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks. - Develop and enhance web and mobile applications using technologies such as Python, JavaScript, React, Flutter, and Django. - Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions, ensuring solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. - Collaborate with product stakeholders, designers, and engineering colleagues to define requirements, prioritize development activities, and deliver new features. - Lead technical discussions, evaluate alternative approaches, and recommend solutions to complex engineering problems. - Review code, conduct testing and debugging, and implement quality assurance practices to maintain high software development standards. - Mentor and guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and support the professional growth of engineering team members. - Identify opportunities to improve development workflows, engineering practices, and software delivery processes. - Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild. - Use Git and GitHub for version control, collaborative development, and code management. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues in collaboration with cross-funct
