About the role We are looking for a Python Developer to build and scale an event-driven integration platform, including APIs, resilience mechanisms, and AI-facing integrations. The mandatory requirements are experience with Apache Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, 4+ years of production experience with Python, event-driven and asynchronous architecture, REST API design with OpenAPI, and strong English communication skills. Must haves At least 4 years of production experience with Python — typed, tested, packaged services and APIs, not just scripting — with solid development fundamentals: data structures, design patterns, concurrency and asynchronous programming; Solid grasp of event-driven and asynchronous architecture: messaging, durable logs, at-least-once delivery, idempotency, retries, dead-letter queues, replay and backpressure; REST API design and practical OpenAPI experience; willingness to work to AsyncAPI contracts; Apache Kafka or an equivalent streaming platform; GenAI-assisted development — you actively use AI coding agents in your daily workflow, or are
