Alongside is a Portuguese company that partners with international organizations to build and scale exceptional tech teams. We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join an exciting international project within a global technology company. You’ll contribute to the development and evolution of a mobile application used by accounting professionals across Europe, working alongside international teams based in Portugal, the Netherlands, and India. This is a hands-on engineering role where Flutter development, software architecture, and AI-assisted coding come together to build scalable, high-quality mobile solutions. Responsabilities: Design, develop, and deliver new features for mobile applications using Flutter (iOS and Android) . Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from specification to production. Work with AI-assisted development tools , such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate development while ensuring code quality. Apply Spec-Driven Development practices using tools such as OpenSpec or similar. Contribute to application architecture and state management using Riverpod . Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, widget, and integration tests. Improve CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application performance. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams in an international environment.
