The Role Lambda’s Core Cloud Platform organization builds the software and services that turn large-scale GPU infrastructure into reliable, customer-facing cloud products. The team owns foundational platform capabilities across Managed Kubernetes, resource lifecycle, workload orchestration, cloud APIs, automation, observability, and multi-region operations. The immediate focus for this role includes evolving Lambda’s Managed Kubernetes platform: making it easier and safer to provision, upgrade, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters for demanding AI workloads. The platform integrates closely with Lambda’s underlying compute, networking, storage, fleet, and security systems. As Engineering Manager, you will lead a team building and operating these foundational platform services.
