Edurio is on its way to improving education quality globally and we're looking for great people to join us on the journey. We help schools and school groups survey their parents, pupils, and staff to build organisations where people thrive. We currently work with over 2000 schools in the United Kingdom and Latvia and are planning to grow significantly in the next year. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you would take a problem the product team has framed, decide how it gets built, build it with the help of AI agents, verify it, and answer for it once it is live. The development team and how we work You would join a development team of five, and growing: four developers and a QA engineer. Product is a separate team of four. You would report to our Engineering Manager. Our Principal Engineer owns the architecture, the database schema and the standard we build to. Our developers direct coding agents and verify what comes back, so writing code by hand is a small part of the job. Everybody here invests their time in exploring AI, new tools and agentic development, and we expect people to experiment rather than wait for permission. However, our engineers own and understand the code at a senior level so we are not looking for pure vibecoders. Our tech stack We write almost everything in TypeScript and run it on AWS.
