Description

A HKSAR Government Department Selected candidate will be assigned to work in the government department to perform data preparation, data extraction and information updating tasks for textual and spatial data maintained among different IT systems. The work mainly involves address data matching, spatial data verification and data quality enhancement. Responsibilities · To review and process address information maintained in MS Excel format · To search for and locate the corresponding building polygon from map platforms for each textual address provided · To record the corresponding building polygon identifier and update the information into the MS Excel file · To perform data verification and quality checking on the paired textual address and building polygon identifiers · To be able to work under pressure, willing to work overtime if required · To work on other related duties as required Requirements · DSE or HKCEE’s certificate holder with 5 subjects in level 2 including Chinese and English · At least 2 years working experience in IT System Maintenance/Support · Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors · Solid working experience in Office Automation and Windows Server 2008/2012 · Candidates with knowledge of residential addresses or solid working experience on GIS will be advantageous How to Apply: To apply for this position, please simply click on the "APPLY'' button If you have not been reached out to by our consultants, please consider your
