DevOps Engineer Mixed-Cloud Platform & Release Engineering Position Overview We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to help build, operate, and continuously improve the CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure that support our mobility products. This is a hands-on individual contributor role responsible for the reliability, security, and velocity of build and release automation across a hybrid environment that includes Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and on-premises data centers. You will work alongside a team of DevOps engineers, SREs, and release engineers, partnering closely with Software Engineering, QE, Architecture, and Information Security to help hundreds of microservices ship safely multiple times per day. Success in this role is measured by your contributions to deployment frequency, change failure rate, mean time to recovery (MTTR), platform availability, and the security posture of the delivery pipeline. Essential Responsibilities CI/CD & Release Engineering Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines supporting hundreds of microservices and applications, including pipeline-as-code standards, build artifacts, container images, and deployment automation across Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Contribute to measurable improvements in DORA metrics: deployment frequency, lead time for changes, change failure rate, and time to restore service.
