Lead the development and delivery of fintech products. Conduct in-depth product research, user interviews, and analysis; define product roadmaps and break them down into phased deliverables; create PRDs, wireframes, and user flow documentation. Manage the full product lifecycle from 0 to 1 and 1 to N, define key product metrics (such as user conversion rate, retention rate, engagement), and continuously optimize through A/B testing and data analysis. Organize cross-functional meetings and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from product initiation to launch.
