CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior World Content Producer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver content and foster an innovative and collaborative production culture. If you are passionate about creating games and have the experience guiding teams to success, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Work closely with the Lead World Content Producer to lead the development and growth of our production team.Drive our design production including gameplay, combat, and moment to moment gameplay.Cooperate with leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with vision and goals.Form and nurture cohesive, effective and collaborative teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency.Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.Ensure that vision and goals are clear
