We’re Hiring: Tech Lead | Fully Remote
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team, drive delivery, establish technical standards, and ensure production reliability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in engineering management.
- Strong knowledge of PHP/Laravel and ( React/Next.js is a plus).
- Experience with CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and production incident management.
- Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on development.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
