Description

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong full stack technical expertise in Nodejs, react to lead a team of 4-5 members in delivering large-scale, high-performance digital solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical capabilities, system analysis, and team leadership to drive end-to-end project delivery. Key Responsibilities System Design & Development: Analyse business requirements and design scalable system architectures using Node.js and React. Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring code quality, technical standards, and timely delivery. Large-Scale Project Delivery: Oversee the development, integration, deployment, and maintenance of complex, high-traffic applications and enterprise systems. DevOps & Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, cloud environments, and system monitoring to ensure stability and reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. System Performance & Reliability: Identify technical risks, optimise system performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development .
